You can also substitute the original flavour by adding rose, pista or kewra instead of saffron and vanilla.
- Soak saffron in 1 tsp hot milk and rub till dissolved.
- Combine the sugar and curds and whisk till the sugar is dissolved.
- Just before serving, combine all ingredients and blend using a hand blender.
- Serve chilled.
