A popular milk shake recipe, figs and walnut thick milk shake is lip smacking and yet healthy. The delectable milk shake is flavoured with chopped figs and walnuts. A perfect cooling and nutrient dense beverage option, especially for children.
- Soak figs and walnut halves in half cup water for an hour.
- Squeeze out water and add to crushed ice, sugar and honey in blender.
- Run blender for a few seconds till figs and walnuts are crushed.
- Add milk and run in a mixer again .
- Serve chilled.
