These are fibrous and rich in iron and calcium. Tastes good with jowar roti or chapati.
- Roast the fennel seeds for 5 to 7 minutes or till light brown in colour.
- Mix all the other ingredients and grind coarsely.
- Serve with rice, roti or any kind of chapati along with oil or curd.
