This sabudana khichdi tastes really good. You can add more green chillies to spice up this khichdhi!
- Soak the sabudana in enough water for 1 to 2 hours.
- Heat the ghee in pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the sabudana, green chilies, ginger, peanuts and salt and mix well and saute for 10 minutes or till cooked.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
