Ingredients
1 cup parboiled and sliced sweet potatoes
salt to taste

To0 Be Mixed Into A Smooth Batter
1/4 cup sanwa millet (sama) flour
1/4 cup sago (sabudana) flour
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp hot oil
salt to taste
water as required

oil to deep fry
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai.
  2. Take the sliced sweet potatoes and dip each into batter and deep fry into hot oil until golden brown and lightly crisp.
  3. Serve hot garnished with chilli powder.
