Faluda with Kulfi recipe - How to make Faluda with Kulfi

4 tbsp cornflour
rose syrup to taste
4 kulfi
  1. Combine the corn flour with water in a deep pan and bring to boil.
  2. Stir continuously and boil till the mixture becomes thick and transparent.
  3. Place some ice cold water in a deep pan.
  4. Put the mixture in a noodle saancha and pour in cold water.
  5. Decorate the kulfi with falooda and rose syrup.
  6. Serve immediately.
