Falafel is Middle east Asian flat bread recipe which is loaded with plenty of nutrients. The falafel can be made with any vegetable, bean or chicken filling of choice and then enjoyed as snack or meal with hummus.
- Soak the chanas for 12hrs.
- Now take chana ,with little soda and grind all the ingrients together.
- Chill the mixture for nearly 24hours(for better taste).
- Deep fry in desired shapes.one can be with the help of two teaspoons.
- Serve hot with chutney.
