  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the celery, ginger, garlic, chillies and stir fry for a minute.
  2. Add the vegetables and the seasonings along with sauce and stir fry on high for a minute.
  3. Add the spring onion whites and green and toss well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with paneer.
