This Chinese subzi can be served with khakra for light crispy meal or with fresh hot wheat chapatis for a healthy meal.
it can be eaten as a cold salad after refrigerating with some fresh juice to make it a filling dieters meal.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the celery, ginger, garlic, chillies and stir fry for a minute.
- Add the vegetables and the seasonings along with sauce and stir fry on high for a minute.
- Add the spring onion whites and green and toss well.
- Serve hot garnished with paneer.
