Ingredients

1 big sized papaya
250 to 50 gms (1 bowl) fresh cream
100 gms sugar
1 tbsp gelatine
1 small katori hot water
mint leaves (phudina) and slices of papaya for garnish
Method

  1. First and foremost churn the papaya in the mixer.
  2. Now add fresh cream , sugar to the beaten papaya.
  3. Now take 1 small katori of hot water and mix gelatin ,mix well with the papaya ,sugar ,fresh cream mixture.
  4. Set it in a bowl ,garnish with mint leaves and slices of papaya.
  5. Serve cold.
