Elachi Biscuit recipe - How to make Elachi Biscuit

100 gms plain flour (maida)
50 gms sugar
4 to 5 cardamoms (elaichi), powdered
2 tsp curds (dahi)
ammonia a pinch
4 to 5 pcs pistachios
25 gms ghee
1/4 tsp baking powder
little water

  1. Sieve maida & baking powder together.
  2. Take ghee in a bowl & beat it untill it gets soft & white in colour.
  3. Slowly mix maida.
  4. Now mix elachi powder in it.
  5. Now add curd & ammonia in it.
  6. Make a smooth dough of it if necessary add little water.
  7. Heat the oven at 100c
  8. Make small small balls of dough.
  9. Put one one pista on top of each ball.
  10. Put these balls in the muffin tray for 10min at 100c.
  11. Serve them on cooling.
