An innovative crispy egg rolls is made from maida rotis which are stuffed with a spicy egg mixture and then sealed just like samosas. Deep fry these egg rolls and enjoy as snack with chutney or sauce.

  1. Heat oil, add all the vegetables,aji no moto and saute for 1 min on very high heat add all the spices and cornstarch and saute for 1 more minute. then spread oil on one spring wrapers and put another spring wrapers top of it and spread oil again. then fill it with the 1 tbsp vegetable mixture and then make a paste of white flour(maida) and water a
