Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe - How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups plain flour (maida)
5 tbsp milk
4 tbsp curds (dahi)
2 spoon ghee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Method
    Method
  1. Sieve the plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder together and keep aside.
  2. Mix curd with soda bi carb and keep aside.
  3. Combine the condensed milk, melted ghee, vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Add the prepared sieved plain flour-cocoa mixture and 5 tbsp of milk and mix gently with help of a spatula.
  5. Now add curd mixture.
  6. The batter should be of dropping consistency.
  7. Grease the cake tin with ghee on all the sides.
  8. Pour the mixture in half kg tin evenly and once done tap it from all the side.
  9. Now heat the cake batter in microwave mode at high temperature.
  10. The cake is ready when it leaves the sides of the tin and is springy to touch.
  11. When ready, remove from the microwave, invert the tin over a plate and tap sharply to unmould the sponge.
  12. Keep aside to cool and use as required.
  13. Once the cake is cool cut it evenly and apply the sugar mixture on it and let it cool for some more time.
  14. Now apply your favorite dressing accordingly and get indulge in the same.
