Egg curry recipe - How to make Egg curry
Cooking Time: Total Time:
4eggs, chopped onion (2), garlic & Ginger past (1 table spoon), Garam masala Powder (1/2 table spoon), Red chilli powder (1 table spoon), Dhania Powder ( 1 table spoon), Jeera Powder (1/2 table spoon), Tomato paste & Coconut half.
- Boil eggs
- Put oil in kadai. fry onions till golden brown.
- Add garlic-ginger paste.
- Add garam masala powder,red chili powder,dhania powder,jeera powder.
- Grind all these things with coconut.
- Keep for boil with eggs.
- Serve hot with rice.
