Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute them
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute them.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,garam masala, salt and saute them till they are well blended and the tomatoes are well cooked.
  5. Now add 1 1/2 cup of water and allow it to boil.
  6. Add the roasted vermicelli and mix it.
  7. Now add eggs and allow it to cook on the vermicelli till both the eggs and the vermicelli are cooked.
  8. Garnish with choopped coriander leaves.

One can add some pepper and soy sauce at the last stage to add a zing to taste.

I enjoyed cooking it and my family members liked it. I used egg-white instead of full egg due to diet restrictions. Still it tasted well.
