Egg Pakoda it is a easy and quick pakodas. Children's will love it.
- Remove the shell of the boiled eggs. Firstly cut the egg into half, then cut each half of the egg into 4 stripes lengthwise. Remove the yellow of the egg.
- Combine the besan, salt, chilli powder, baking powder and little water in a bowl and mix well to make smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip each egg white strips in the batter and put in hot oil and deep-fry it till the pakodas turn brown in colour from all the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
