Egg onion bhurjee is the traditional way of cooking scrambled eggs with onion, tomato, ginger, chillies and garam masala. The tasty egg onion bhurji tastes awesome with rotis or naan.
- First boil the eggs.
- Then smash all into one.
- Cut onions into small pieces.
- Make paste of two onions in a mixer.
- Put the items in kadai and fry for 10 mins alongwith sliced chillies.
- Serve hot.
