  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add asafoetida(hing)& than add onion to it saute it till it is golden brown.
  2. Add all masala and saute for few seconds.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute till softens.
  4. At last add grated eggs to it and stir it for 5 minutes till oil is seperated,remove from fire.
  5. Serve hot with bread.
