Method

  1. Marinate the potatoes with nutmeg powder and salt
  2. Heat a skillet, put meat pieces and cook till brown, stirring continuously
  3. Beat eggs and mix with milk, mustard powder, cheese, salt and black pepper powder
  4. In a baking casserole, spread the bread cubes
  5. Spread the meat pieces over the cubes
  6. Spread the potato slices
  7. Spread the egg mixture
  8. Bake at 350of for 1 hour or until done
