The popular egg bhurjee is an easy way of cooking scrambled eggs with onion, tomato, ginger, chillies and garam masala. The tasty egg bhurji tastes awesome with rotis or naan.
- First beat eggs in a bowl.
- Take pan heat oil.
- Add onions till golden brown.
- Add all masalas.
- Then add eggs and lastly tomato and stir well till it seperate into small pieces.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or toasted bread.
