Easy and Quick Garlic Chutney

Garlic chutney is a flavorsome blend of garlic or lehsun with spices and salt. A maharashtrian household favorite, lehsun ki chutney or garlic chutney is a great accompaniment to main course meals or snacks.
- Heat 2 tsp oil, add the garlic, red chillies and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the salt and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add this ground paste and saute till the mixture becomes thick.
- Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
