Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 10 servings

5 cups chilled water
1 cup rice (chawal)
400 gms condensed milk
  1. Boil the water and rice together on medium heat stir continuously so it doesn't stick.
  2. The rice will start to break you may need to add more water, make sure you use cold water.
  3. Once the rice is broken add the condensed milk and stir vigorously until thick.
  4. Note the rice pudding will get thicker as it cools so when you serve if its too thick add a little milk.
  5. Enjoy hot or cold.
