Easy Quick Date Rolls

Delicious smooth easy to make rolls.
Method- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the dates and saute on a medium flame, while pressing the dates with a heavy ladle.
- Once the dates are mixed well, add the cashewnuts and continue stirring.
- Remove from the flame, cool and shape into sausage like rolls.
- Sprinkle dessicated coconut on the roll, slice and serve.
