Easy Onion Paneer Parathas recipe - How to make Easy Onion Paneer Parathas

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 6 parathas

1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 spring onions , finely chopped
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 green chillies , finely chopped
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Other Ingredients
oil for cooking
  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough using water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  3. Roll out each portion into a circle of 125 mm. (5") diameter.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
