2 capsicum , chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 onions , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp cream
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and tomatoes and saute till they onions turns golden brown.
  2. Add the capsicum and the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook till the capsicum is soft and tender.
  3. Add the cream and mix well.
  4. Serve hot.
