Easy Khoya recipe - How to make Easy Khoya

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 cups

2 cups ricotta cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 cups milk powder
  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the ricotta cheese and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the butter and milk powder.
  3. Keep on stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency. ("khoya" consistency) , about 7 to 8 minutes on medium heat.
  4. It will be ready to use for your favorite recipes.
