Easy Fried Rice

This fried rice is prepared using basmathi rice,maggi chicken powder and some spices.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, capsicum, onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the pepper, masala cubes, turmeric powder,chilli powder and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the rice,salt to it and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with spring onions.
