Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, capsicum, onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper, masala cubes, turmeric powder,chilli powder and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the rice,salt to it and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with spring onions.
