Easy Egg Fried Rice recipe - How to make Easy Egg Fried Rice

3 eggs
salt to taste
2 spring onions , finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
450 gms steamed rice (chawal)
115 gms green peas
  1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and few spring onions in a bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok, add the eggs and lightly scramble them.
  3. Add the cooked rice, mix well and separate each grain using a fork.
  4. Add the salt, remaining spring onions and peas.
  5. Mix well and serve immediately.
