Easy Dahi Chutney is a masala curd, goes best with the parathas and rice.
- Combine the curds, salt and sugar in a bowl and whisk it till it becomes smooth. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, when the seeds crackle add the asafoetida, chopped green chillies and the red chilli powder. Mix it well for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
- Remove from the flame and pour it over the beaten curd, gently mix it.
- Serve hot or cold and garnish with chopped coriander.
