    Method
  1. Combine the besan, onion, chilli, ajwain ,salt ,black pepper and coriander in a bowl, mix well, add some water and mix well to make a smooth batter.
  2. Cut chapatti into 4 equal pieces
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil on non-stick tawa, dip both the sides of chapatti in paste and cook from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
