East west salad presents the right combination of great looks, high nutritive value and a crunchy fresh taste. A medley of seasonal vegetable cut into juliennes and then thrown in with Cashewnuts, mustard sauce, curd, mayonnaise and pepper powder on a lettuce leaf bed.
- Mix all the above ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Arrange lettuce leaves in salad bowl and pour the mixture into it
- Garnish with tomato rose in the middle of the salad
- Serve cold
- To make tomato rose
- Remove top partof tomato and give inside part a rose flower shape
