Fry the arbi on very slow flame it gives it a very nice colour,golden brown.it makes it more crispy too.

onions-200 gms
Arbi-500 gms
coriander powder
salt to taste
kasmiri lal mirchi
dhania powder
turmeric powder (haldi)
coriander leaves for garnishing

Take 500gms of arbi,wash it thoroughly in water.boil the arbies in boiling water,till they are soft.do not overcook it.after boiling,pat dry,remove all the skin.make it flat in shape by pressing it.heat some oil and deep fry the arbi till golden brown,on slow flame.keep the fried arbi seperately.again take one table spoon of oil,heat it,add the sli
