Ingredients

1cup ginger, peeled and cut into juliennes, 2tbsps lemon juice,
,1/2cup misri(optional)
1/4tsp roasted ajwain seeds
Method

  1. Mix ginger and lemon juice and dry in sun till completely dry.
  2. Add misri and roasted ajwain and keep in air tight container.
