Dry Fruits and Gulkand Delight recipe - How to make Dry Fruits and Gulkand Delight

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 serving

2 1/2 cups milk
sugar to taste
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered mixed nuts (almonds , cashew nuts , walnuts and pistachios)
1 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
nutmeg (jaiphal) powder to taste
2 tbsp gulkand
  1. Boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, condensed milk, mixed nuts powder, nutmeg powder, roasted and crushed oats, cardamom powder, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then, remove the mixture in a container.
  4. Add gulkand, and mix well.
  5. Serve hot or cold! Enjoy!
