Dry Fruits Ladoo is easy to make and is jam-packed with flavour and nutrients. A perfect short break snack, kids will gobble them up happily and keep the energy levels going.
Method- Heat the ghee in a thick kadhai, roast flours until brownish. Add the coconut and dry fruits and roast again lightly.
- Remove from flame and add melted jaggery and spices, mix well and make small laddoos.
- Roll them in pista and coconut powder.
- Pack 6-7 small ladoos in tiffin with whole small apple and small banana.
