An alltime favorite, creamy dry fruit kulfi recipe is basically a traditional indian ice cream recipe with thickened and sweetened milk cooked with chopped dried fruits or nuts and fresh cream.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 18 pieces

1 tin of condensed milk
1 tin of milk powder
2 cups whipped cream
3 tbsp coarsely powdered mixed nuts
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the dry fruits and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add dry fruits and mix well.
  3. Pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and keep them in the freezer till set.
  4. De mould and serve chilled.
