Dried figs and banana smoothie, a filling mid-morning snack, this smoothie uses naturally sweet dried figs. With the use low-fat curds, milk and minimum amount of sugar, the calorie content has been reduced substantially.
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses and garnish each glass with cashewnut halves. Serve immediately.
