1. believe me this work wonders for dry cough and that's why i named it as 'ramban' medicine for dry cough.
2. if its not possible to eat this while sleeping then eat any other time of day but keep mouth shut for at least 1 hr. do not talk or drink/eat anything for the mixture to have its effect.

Ingredients
Method

  1. Take the malai in a katori.
  2. Hold badi elaichi in tong & bhuno it on direct sim flame of gas on all sides till the cover turns almost black.
  3. Remove cover of elaichi and make powder of elaichi while its hot.
  4. Immediately add to malai and mix.
  5. Eat this just before sleeping and repeat next night is required. do not drink water or anything after eating this.
