Drumstick leaves paratha is quite an innovative paratha recipe with wheat and gram flour based dough mixed with chopped drumstick leaves. Being naturally rich in iron and folic acid, drumstick leaves make a healthful variation to the typical roti recipe.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
