Dosai and Left Overs Casserole

- Dip the dosais in tomato soup and line the bottom of a casserole.
- Dilute the curry with the water if it is too thick and spread thin layer over the dosais.
- Sprinkle the onions and repeat the whole process again till the dosais , curry and onions have been exhauted.
- Sprinkle the top with the dash of pepper and grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven until cheese had browned and bubbly.
