Doodhi has a nice mild tender sweet flavor of its own. All the goodness of doodhi is made more easy to accept by adding some colour and texture to it with the help of banana and kiwi. We can make a healthy start of the day with it.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

2 cups boiled bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 banana
1 chopped kiwi
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
a oinch_spell! salt
4 ice cubes
  1. Combine all the ingredients in mixture and grind it. Serve fresh.
