Method


  1. Grate doodhi,add oil,red chilli powder,turmeric,sugar(little),salt to taste,ginger,garlic and chilli paste,curd,soda,lemon and mix it well.
  2. After this add gram(besan) and gehu flour and mix it.
  3. Take oil(2-3 tsp) in kadhai add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,hing and spread this above mixture on it.mix it like a sabji till you get crisp bhuka form of it.
  4. You can also cover it so that it gets cooked properly .

I tried this recipe. Tasted really good. However, there is mention of rava in the ingredients, but not in the recipe.
