Dill Cucumber Salad with Garlic Mayonnaise

Light and crunchy, it is an easy salad to make and even easier to relish! It has generous dose of dill, and it's aromatic herby flavour pairs well with the garlic mayonnaise and together will tantalize your taste buds! Potatoes help to mellow the strong flavours of onions and radish.
- Toss the cucumber slices in vinegar and salt. Keep refrigerated for a 3-4 hours
- Drain and discard the liquid.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the marinated cucumber and toss well.
- Serve chilled
