Dilkhush Seviyan recipe - How to make Dilkhush Seviyan

500 gms vermicelli (seviyan)
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 ltr milk
3 cardamoms (elaichi)
chopped mixed nuts for garnishing
  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the cardamom and nuts and saute till they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the vermicelli and saute till they turn golden brown.
  4. Add this mixture to the boiling milk, mix well and simmmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the flame, add the condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
