As lovely as this Pineapple Orange and Apple Juice looks, it is as good for the digestive system!
Here's a natural indispensible solution to indigestion. The fibre from the apple and pineapple and the sharp acidity from the oranges assist in bowel movements thus relieving indigestion.
To get the utmost of fibre from apples do not peel them and do not strain the juice either, since much of the fibre lies just beneath the skin.
Here are some recipes that also aid in digestion - Carrot, Lettuce and Date Salad , Oats and Vegetable Broth , Oats Rava Idli and Turai Onion Vegetable .
- Add the pineapple cubes, orange segments and apple cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
