A delicious salad ideal and a perfect fit in a diet plan. Consists of healthy fruits and vegetables mixed in a lemon juice and vinegar dressing.

Dieters Salad recipe - How to make Dieters Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1/4 watermelon
2 orange
2 apple
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 spring onion
1 celery (ajmoda)
1 bunch of lettuce leaves
mint leaves (phudina) (phudina)

For Dressing
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves (laung / lavang) of garlic (lehsun) , crushed
2 tbsp brown vinegar
Method
Make dressing.

    Make dressing.
  1. Lettuce leaves should be kept in ice cubes filled cold water bowl.
  2. Cut the fruits and vegetables into cubes.
  3. Take a large bowl. Place the lettuce leaves in it. Then add fruits and the vegetables.
  4. Pour the dressing.
  5. Toss well and serve.
