Dhokla Churma recipe - How to make Dhokla Churma

8 of khaman dhokla , squeezed and crumbled
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chilies and mix well.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the chopped capsicum and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the dhokla, tomatoes, cucumber and the coriander, mix well.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
