An easy to make and delicious snack made using left over dhoklas.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chilies and mix well.
- When the seeds crackle, add the chopped capsicum and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the dhokla, tomatoes, cucumber and the coriander, mix well.
- Serve at room temperature.
