Dhania-mint chatny is the versatile chutney recipe prepared by blending together the mint with the coriander leaves.Use as spread or dip.
Method- Wash dhania / mint leaves and drain the excess water.
- Put in the mixer grinder along with the anar dana, dahi lemon juice , green chilis. Grind well.
- Make a smooth pest. Use water if required.
- Take out in a small bowl and finally add salt to test.
