200 gms fresh coriander (dhania) leaves
100 gms fresh mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green chillies
  1. Wash dhania / mint leaves and drain the excess water.
  2. Put in the mixer grinder along with the anar dana, dahi lemon juice , green chilis. Grind well.
  3. Make a smooth pest. Use water if required.
  4. Take out in a small bowl and finally add salt to test.
