Dhal Bullets recipe - How to make Dhal Bullets

  1. Soak dhals together for an hour and drain all the water.
  2. Add all the ingridents exceptlime juice and corrienda
  3. Grind them into coarse paste with out adding water if it becomes very dry you can add littie more coconut
  4. Add corrienda and limejuice
  5. Keep the iddli stand in the vessel or in the cooker
  6. Grease the steaming plates
  7. Shape this dhal batter into bullets shape and steam them for 10 miniutes
  8. Serve hot with a dash of melted ghee.
