  1. Tie the yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang till all the water drains out for 2 hrs.
  2. Powder sugar and add it to the curds and whisk it till smooth by adding milk.
  3. Add chopped nuts and dates and elaichi powder.
  4. Saffron can also be added after soaking in cold milk.
  5. Refrigerate and serve.
