Ingredients for the dough :
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt to taste
water as required

for the stuffing :
9 tbsp shredded cabbage
9 tbsp sliced onions
6 tbsp sliced capsicum
6 tbsp sliced carrots
6 tsp chopped french beans
6 tbsp chopped cauliflower
3 green chillies, chopped
6 tsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
6 tsp sliced raw mango
3 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
6 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tsp ginger (adrak) juice

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough & knead well. keep aside .
  2. Heat oil in a kadai , add cumin seeds,green chillies & onions , cook for a min.
  3. Add cauliflower , capsicum & beans & cook for another min.
  4. Add carrots & cabbage , cook till done.
  5. Add garam masala & salt & cook for 2 min . remove from fire .
  6. Add raw mango & coriander leaves. mix well.
  7. Proceed with dough using the stuffing to prepare parathas.
  8. Cook on a tawa, using ghee, till golden brown on both sides .
  9. Serve hot hith fresh curd & chutney
